I booked my transfer through a broker and they contracted with CAA Transport. My experience overall was great. They picked the car up when they said they would from my home in CA. The car was delivered by the date on contract, vehicle was in same condition (dirty but that can only be expected on an open carrier) and all my belongings in the car were there. I would have given 5 stars except for two things - the driver who picked up the car didn't speak very good english was difficult to communicate with and I had to pick the car up at a local store which cost me a couple $ for Uber. But all in all, despite the rest of the reviews on this site I had a great experience and would probably use this company again.
