Our driver, Don, called the night before to let us know when he would be picking up the car. He showed up within an hour of when he told us he would arrive. He was meticulous in checking the car for any problems. He was careful in putting it on the truck. The truck was clean and he seemed to know what he was doing, Best of all, our car arrived about a week earlier than the estimate the company had given us. It arrived in California in four days! I did have a little bit of trouble because Don does not speak English real well, but the company that contracted him, MagiCarpet interceded to make sure I had all the information I needed. Great experience.
