I'll start by saying that I shipped before and used a large company. I later found out that after I gave a deposit, all of the seemingly good customer service disappeared. I finally spoke to the driver who gave me 2 hours advance notice to pickup my car for a terminal. We agreed that they would provide door to door service. I was skeptical about tranporting ever again. I sent out for multiple quotes and CF Transport responded. I asked Rodger all of the hard questions and he set me at ease. What I liked most was that he did not press for the deposit. They took the deposit after they sent email confirmation of the company that would transport my vehicle and the drivers name. WOW! I did not feel like a cash cow. It was reassuring to see that somebody still believe in service after the sale. Rodger was available everytime I called. I did not have to speak to different people everytime. I will recommend this SMALL company to everyone I know, and to those that I don't.
