The original driver dispatched was apparently on time and a personal problem arose, things happen, a second driver was then dispatched , picked up the car and made the delivery in a very timely and satisfactory manner in good condition, and also complicating things for the driver, this vehicle did not run, and could not be driven on or off the truck. As a customer I am pleased with the outcome.
