Leon, we spoke 3-4 times daily after you order was placed. we did not secure a deposit until after your vehicle was dispatched for pickup. The driver stated that if his pickups went according to schedule he would load the Raptor late Friday and if not it would be early Saturday. Our sales department is closed most weekends during the off peak season. However, dispatch is open 24/7 to ensure pickups and deliverys go according to schedule. The driver Lawrence called you from the dealership to inform that your Raptor was too wide to fit on his enclosed carrer. The dealership called also, your phone went to voicemail. You did not allow us the opportunity to solve the problem before posting a negative review.
