On August 20, 2013, Cornell from CL Express contacted me for the first time. He stated that he was unaware that Progressive Auto Relocation had not refunded my $25. Within 3 days, I received a money order in the amount of $25 directly from Cornell. I should have gone through him in the first place.

My car was picked up on 5/16/13 in North Carolina by Cornell of CL Express. Progressive Auto Relocation was the broker for car shipping. Benny at Progressive Auto contracted for $875. I paid $100 broker fee to Benny. The remaining $775 was to be paid by money order to the driver, Cornell of CL Express, once the car was delivered to Arizona. When Cornell arrived in Arizona with my car on 5/19/13, he demanded an additional $25 cash in order to unload the car from his semi-truck. Cornell was going to leave if he did not receive the $25. We paid the $25. This was a form of bullying. I felt like I was in a situation of pay me or else you will never see your car again. It is now August 9, 2013 and I still have not received my $25 refund. Do not use a brokerage firm to book your auto shipping. Use an actual moving company.
