This is long overdue. I was contacted by Richard to ship my Montero from New Haven to Rochester. He was professional and friendly. This was my first time shipping a car. He explained that he was a broker and that he would find me a trucker. He did not pretend to be a trucker. He told how door to door worked and everything. He got me a trucker quickly. My trucker Jim was very cool. I got my SUV in great condition. Even though i shipped months ago, I have absolutely no problem doing this to explain just how thankful I am that I used this company. I am reminded of it everyday when I start my car. Thanks CT Transporters
