This company will tell you anything to get you to put a deposit down with them. I was guaranteed a pickup date before I signed a contract and gave a deposit. Richard assured me time and time again that my vehicle would be picked up on 8/30. He stated he had a driver secured and nothing was going to change. Of course this was all false information.
As suspected, I get an email response on the day it was due to be picked up and he stated he was now looking for another driver as the original driver had delay's. Guess we all know this was not the truth - he told me my order was not on the national board, and it was.

The contract was changed before I signed it to reflect the guaranteed date and the prompt return of my deposit should they fail to pick up the vehicle - now Richard states they have at least 30 days to hold on to my deposit until they refund it.

I am going through my bank now to have the money stopped.

I would not trust anything this company states. I have shipped a vehicle in the past and had a pretty good idea how it worked - if it seems to good to be true - then it certainly is.

Find another company, don't waste your time.

You booked with me and within 5 mins of booking you were on the phone with another broker telling you to cancel .I asked you if you wanted to cancel the order you had placed with me you said no .I posted this to central ,driver called for pick up one day later than you requested ,THIS IS THE TRUCKING WORLD GIVE OR TAKE A DAY .I tried to calm you down with you RANTING AND RAVING and calling me names ,so instead of me listening to your dirty remarks with the other broker on the line I ASKED YOU TO JUST CALL THE BANK AND DO A CHARGEBACK .I could not refund your money while you were speaking to me like that .
