This order was placed on April 19, 2011. I had already told the agent, Geri, about this car shipment one month ago. This car need to be shipped on May 16 and she postpone my shipment until June 11. What kind of company will delay so long to transport the car even I increase the car shipment fee? I contact with Geri several times, call or email or leave the voice mail, she never called me back. Every time when I have chance to talk to her, she always told me that she is looking for the driver. She even break the agreement about the original car shipment fee. In that time I was so desperately to ship my car, finally I told to Geri to increase the price, but disappointedly, she still can not find the driver for me. I was telling her that I want to cancel this shipment, but she told me that this deposit is not refundable. This the worse customer service that I never meet. In the end, I have to report to the department of justice about this scam and find a lawyer to contact with this company.
