Lets establish some facts here. As the owner of Capitol THIS review is thoroughly unjustified.
1. The carrier sets the schedule, running early is almost unheard of, typically carriers run late.
2.Carriers determine the meeting places NOT the customers. The carriers have the 80ft truck so they decide where the safest place to meet the client is.
3. We DID NOT pay to get this review! Clearly!
4.We are NOT responsible for ANY paperwork whatsoever. If the client has just bought the vehicle and needs paperwork to cross a border then that is their responsibility NOT the carriers or the Brokers. This as a complaint is total nonsense as organising his paperwork is not our job.
4.If you read our other 750 reviews it is quite evident that doing the job properly is far more important than Cam's deposit.
5.Bruce and Cam exchanged 17 **SEVENTEEN** e-mails all the way through the process. Bruce followed up with Cam after delviery, that is what instigated this review!! How this is not talking to the customer I will never know.
We shall put this down to experience and continue doing things the way we have done them for 4 years. You can't please 100% of the people100% of the time but boy, do we try!
