I've used Capital Auto Transporters twice. The first time went mostly smooth with no real complaints. Second time the ground transportation they provided was a total disaster. The driver assaulted me claimed I gave him an empty bank envelope with no cash and the police had to become involved. He was irate because I had a hard time finding his location even though I paid for door to door service. He cursed me,shoved me and didn't produced a bill of landing until the police compelled him to do so. I called Cat and she was basically of no help. My car battery died because the interior lights could not be turned off. Not sure who's fault that is but from start to finish the transport of my vehicle was a disaster. The man who assaulted me is ENOK and he is employed by SKYLINE EXPRESS

Hi, This is Andy, the OWNER of Capitol. Facts first, as there are some pretty serious allegations of assault here. As the broker listening to both sides of the story today over the telephone it is hard to tell who is lying. Clearly someone here is not telling the truth. We have moved this customers vehicle twice. We have worked with Skyline Express 43 times. If you scour through our reviews here you will see positive feedback from our clients for this carrier. The client DID call the police, this was in fact to get the Bill of Lading from the driver. (No idea what a Bill of Landing is) I am sure that the client reported to the police the "assault" and I will be requesting the crime report number so we can follow this up with the Owner of the carrier company. I will be shocked to find no mention of the "assault" when the I finally get a copy of the filed report with the local police. If you are going to claim you have been assaulted publicly on the internet then I hope the client has something to prove this as the carrier intends to file suit. Who can blame them? Cat was of no help? Cat and I were either on the phone to the customer or to the owner of the carrier company. In fact, 1 1/2 hours of our Saturday afternoon was solely devoted to helping figure out who is telling the truth. Coincidentally, the client called us back and asked if we could help getting her driving license and debit card back from the driver as she left them in the envelope when she paid him. SHEER GENIUS.....a strange request as Cat was of "no help" The OWNER of the carrier company is Enok. He was NOT the driver so we have no idea how the client could get such a simple fact wrong. Enok is in California, running the company,NOT in Virginia delivering vehicles. As it happens, the driver was irate as well as when the Police counted the cash the client had paid the driver, it was $50 short!! Skyline is 100 % rated by brokers like us who have used their service over the years. They have 419 positive ratings, no neutral and no negatives. I shall continue to work with them as they have been outstanding so far. In closing, the client was not the easiest person to work with on the first transport and my gut feeling was to let her work with another broker on this job as we honestly don't need the grief. We are a small family company trying to do the right thing in a shady industry. Lesson learned! Read our 750 reviews is all I can say :) Cheers, Andy 305 467 2534
