From the initial contact with Janet Bruce, I was comforted and felt that I was dealing with a reputable company. I have had transport problems in the past, and I had a lot of anxiety in setting up this transport. Janet answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The car hauler arrived and the driver was very nice and polite. The car arrived to the destination exactly when promised. The car was not damaged. I would definitely use this company again. With this type of service, and the deregulation of these companies, I am so happy that we found a company that takes pride in their service and cares for the property of their clients. All I can say is, beware of rogue companies. This company is top notch.
