Andy at Capital is a man of honor. His priority is you and your vehicle. Andy gets only trucking companies with a very high reputation and rating. I did a lot of research on the computer about transporting vehicles. Capital auto transport had all good reviews on Transport reviews. Capital is also on the Better Business Bureau , and deserves to be. Andy got a trucking company all lined up, and then my family member that had the truck, would not answer the phone all day. Andy said its ok, we will roll with this and if the still doesn't answer the phone , he said he would get another trucking company. He was so accommodating. It turned out that the first trucker got stuck in snow in Utah, so Andy promptly lined up another great trucking company called Road Master Towing Corp. My family member did answer the phone the next day, as he had been sick in bed. Everything happened efficiently . Andy would not take a tip, for all his trouble, and he cut his own fee to give more for the trucking company. I feel Andy went over the top in customer service! I recommend Capital auto Transport to anyone.
