Dakota was extremely thorough and upfront with me from the get go. He told me exactly how the process works and how much he estimated it would cost me, which in the end ended up being exactly on the money. Capitol didn't charge me, as promised, until my car was loaded on the carrier, and the carrier they chose was excellent. Dakota was actually a little too fast, haha. He said he could have it picked up in an hour, and my dad had to move it to the next morning. After that, the carrier picked it up, said it would be delivered Friday night, and at 6:00 p.m. Friday night I was driving my 3000GT VR-4 home. There was absolutely no damage to the vehicle and no hassle at the pick-up end.

Capitol's price was competitive with every other legitimate quote I got, and their customer service was excellent. Prompt return of phone calls, good attitude, and no games. Dakota emailed me all of the information about the carrier before the car was picked up, including reviews and insurance information, so that I could be sure of their choice, even though they solely employ 5-star carriers.

Full marks to Dakota and Capitol Auto Transport. I would absolutely employ there services again.
