Shipping a car in my experience was a difficult process. the first carrier didn't even show up. The second one did but communication wasn't great. That said Capitol (broker) was pretty excellent. Sarah was really helpful and kept her word on what she could deliver. Someone was available even after hours to answer my call when the first transport was a no show and they quickly found a new carrier. after all everything only happened one day late and the car arrived safely. wasnt the cheapest price but in the middle and pretty easy.
