I went online to a site and requested numerous quotes. Less than 2 minutes later I was called by Glenn Kraus from Capital Auto Transport. He spent considerable time explaining to me just how the transport industry worked which was valuable information to know. Shortly thereafter he came back to me with a quote on my moves.

I was moving from Utah to CT and needed 2 cars transported at different times. His bids were not the lowest but very competitive. He found a transporter for the first car when I wanted it time wise and he contacted me to approve it. He said that the transporter wanted $25 more than I had planned. I thought, "here we go, he's going to ask me to pay more". To my pleasant surprise Glenn said he would "eat" the additional cost so it would not impact me. This is when things got really interesting. I had a death in my family and had to fly to Pittsburgh for the services. My son who was expected to receive the first car in CT, also had to go to Pittsburgh. Glenn was very flexible during these surprise circumstances. We were able to delay the original drop off and second car pick up until my son and we were back home. The second car was picked up the exact day we wanted and both cars made it to CT as promised.

I couldn't give a stronger recommendation to Glenn and Capital Auto Transport and would certainly use them again.
