I did a lot of research, checking out both www.bbb.com and www.transportreviews.com websites, before making my decision to go with the best and one of the few transport companies that received an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Transport Reviews website. From my very first conversation with Dakota from Capitol Auto Transport, he put me at ease about trusting someone to transport my car across the country. Dakota was candid and upfront about what I should expect from him, his company and ultimately the company that would deliver my car to Colorado from Virginia. No money was exchange and no deposit was made until my car is picked up. Within two days of making the commitment to have Dakota and Capitol Auto Transport help transport my car, I received a call from him informing me that they have found a reliable company with a 100% satisfaction rating to deliver the car. Scott from Coastal Auto Transport called, set up an appointment, and picked up the car promptly and delivered it to me a full day ahead of schedule. The driver, Scott, was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you Dakota for making the whole transport process efficient, fast and painless. Your choice of carrier was perfect and I appreciate the efficiency with which the whole process was done. I will definitely call Dakota again for future car transports.
