I just wanted to write you to let you know how pleased I am with the service that was provided by Capitol Auto Transport. Your professionalism, availability and desire to meet my needs was such a pleasant suprise. I have dealt with other transport companies in the pasts and expected a similar experience with you. I must say the communication between you and me and between the driver and I was exceptional. I was promised that the driver would pick up the truck in Boise, Id. on Friday and deliver it to me the following Wednesday. Even though dealings with the trucks' seller were not ideal the driver kept in touch and got the vehicle loaded and out of Idaho on Friday. It was delivered to me early on Monday. I cannot tell you how pleased I was. As a result it is my intention to use ONLY your company for all of my transport needs in the future.
