Bottom line: I would certainly use Capitol Auto Transport again after my excellent experience.

After purchasing a vehicle online, I started to hunt around for carriers and found transportreviews.com. I solicited bids from two or three including Capitol and I received a call from Dakota. Not only was he helpful in providing me with a bid, he explained the process used by brokers in selecting carriers. Capitol takes a great deal of pride in their reputation, so they only select carriers that they review themselves, since those carriers ultimately affect Capitol's reputation. This made sense, so I went ahead and booked the transport. The car was picked up within the scheduled window and delivered in three days (the estimate was 4-6) with not one single issue. With all the uncertainties involved, it's nice to know that the transport broker cares about the quality of the carrier and doesn't just dump your car on the cheapest truck possible.

They also don't strong-arm (or compensate) for reviews; something that is worth considering when weighting the value of the 5-star reviews on this site.
