This was my first experience shipping a vehicle. Capitol Auto Transport was responsive, professional and kept me informed throughout the process answering all my questions and letting me know where my car was and when to expect delivery. The customer service while my car was in transit was very responsive. My driver was prompt, careful and courteous as well as on time and helpful. I was very impressed with the entire experience. I WILL use this company again when I need to ship a vehicle and I will recommend it to anyone who needs this service.
