It was my first time having a vehicle transported and I was aggravated and a nervous wreck. It wasnt until I called Capital Auto Transport and talked to Jan. She explained to me why it was taking so long to find a driver for my car and she immediately fixed the problem without me even saying I would use their company. She gave me all the knowledge I needed to know about transporting a car like the process and what questions I needed to ask. Not once did I feel pressured into using their company. So I decided to use them and in the short notice I gave her, within a couple days she had a contracted me a reliable driver. A&J Transport was my carrier and they too were very honest and great customer service. The driver communicated very well and let me know atleast an hour before he arrived. A&J and Jan at Capital Auto Transport were great. I will definitely use them again.
