As per this customer we do appologise for your inconveniance, when this car was dispatched they told us that the car was in working condition, when the driver got their the vehicle was inoperable, so we had to undispatch it and the driver was upset, Im sorry but this is not our fault, we try our best to move all vehicles, but we need to know what the conditions are at time of booking
