This company removed my review twice now based on not being able to verifying my order. My order number is CORRECT. They said I wasn't a customer possibly because they didn't like my comments. I've got all emails, paperwork, etc to prove I was a customer. I just got off the phone again with Jessica and she's refusing to make this right and that I've simply have to wait longer for my refund. Should I wait another month or fly to 7333 Coral Way Miami, FL 33155 and resolve this personally? I was promised a callback in a couple minutes this morning but NOTHING! It's funny how they charged my credit card the same day but yet takes over a month to get a refund. I placed my order back 8/20/11 and was underquoted to ship an inoperable vehicle from WI to TX for $600....several hundred less than anyone else. I was promised pickup within the week and delivery several days later. 3 1/2 weeks went by with several truckers able to pick the vehicle up however needed an additional $200 on top of what was quoted. I refused so this continued for weeks. After 1 month of not getting my vehicle, I cancelled services. I called for a promised full refund however I have yet to receive that after 4 weeks. I was promised a credit on my card credit within 3 days. Since employed with the Dallas Police department, I've started a police report for "THEFT OF SERVICE/SWINDLING." At this time, I have yet to be refunded. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have refused to make this right. Don't fall victim of their UNDER QUOTES, unprofessionalism over the phone, and absolutely poor service!!!!
