I was quoted by Alex a pick-up and delivery fee of $900. After waiting about a week and not hearing back from anybody I decided to call and they told me they were unable to find a driver.... After calling other transport companies I found out that they quoted me too low and couldn't find a driver to carry the load!!! I gave them another 3 days to find a driver and still had to call myself to see what was going on!!! I then cancelled my order and 2 days later my vehicle was on a truck being shipped to me. I have now been given the run around for my refund of $150. They took my CC number over the phone, but are mailing me acheck?? I have been waiting 3 weeks for this check and still have not received it. I would never recommend them for anything. Don't waste your time!!

All refunds can take up to 30 days to be posted. This customer to my knowledge was already issued a check and given a check number. If you feel this is not the case please call me so I can have it taken care of 866-346-4322. Thank You We try to get everyone we book on a carrier. However sometimes there are no trucks on certain routes. What you did with the other company was overpay for a driver to go out of his way to pick you up. We could have gotten you a driver just as fast if you would have been willing to pay that much with us.
