Once I signed the agreement, paid the deposit, Brad was unable to be reached. They told me the driver would pickup the car tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. My Mom stayed off work 4 days in a row waiting for a driver to let her know when to meet him. Once I tried to call back for Brad, they kept me on hold, treated me rude and never ever transferred me to him again. I can reach him by email where he indicated a higher price would need to be paid to ship my car. I lost THREE WEEKS TIME. Now I will deal with getting my deposit back. Don't waste your time with this company.
