Hey guys let me tell you about my experience of Transportation with Joe Miller from Capstone Auto Trans, This guy is awesome in customer services. I needed to transport my RV from WA to AZ. He told me straight away that my RV is big and the price will be more than the price he gave me whereas other companies were promising me the price I signed a contract with another company but as per Joe’s precaution I did not pay up any deposit. Just like he told me everything with the other company was going wrong. His price was bit higher than what other companies promised me but they were lying to me from the start and they changed the price and were forcing me to work with as they have a signed contract with me if I backed out I will have to pay them the amount of $200 but Joe told me that everything will be fine I just need to tell them that you are the one who backed out on the contract first by changing the price so I won’t be working with your company. Joe looked for the driver for 3 days and given me the best price that no one was able to give me. He worked perfectly on this. I would use his services whenever I need to transport anything.
