The promises that were made to me were not kept. The dates that I was "guaranteed" did not in fact come to pass. Apparently this organization is purely a broker, interested only in getting a customer to commit and pay. Arrangements afterward are secondary (they'll get a driver whenever it suits them, NOT when a driver was promised to the customer). They have no motivation for customer service once you have been charged; in fact, I was completely unable to contact the person with whom I dealt once my credit card had been charged.
