I placed an order on August 02, 2005 and paid $295 deposit with the company name is CarOnATruck.com to move my car from Baldwin, New York to Topeka, Kansas, on our phone conversation with the representative from the company he told me estimate pick up time of your car is between 2 to 10 business days maximum. Now 19 business days passed(as of today date of August 26, 2005) from my pick up order and they did not pick up my car yet and when I called them or e-mail them they saying we are working on it and we do not know when we will move your car, and they said if you want, you can cancel your order and find other company to move your car (they are wasting my time since august 02, 2005 for giving wrong information to me and end of it they saying go to other company). I believe, On the view of the business ethic, CarOnATruck.com is totally violating the state and federal consumer protection law.

This company causes me fallowing damage:

-wasting my time since august 02, 2005.
-giving wrong information to me to earn my business.
-everyday, I have to pay taxi fee to go to my job.
-most importantly they are damaging my health.

As a customer I expected honesty, straight-talk and a commitment to deliver on the promises made. I got none of that. What I got was wasting my time and my money.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
