I placed my order on December 28, 2005. Today January 25, 2006 and they still haven't even picked up my car in Illinois! When I write them for a "status report" they always give me the run around with promises that the car will be "placed on the first available transporter". At first they say within 10 business days. But when that tenth business day was approaching, I wrote to remind them of this, and their response was (quoted from the email):
"We usually have most orders assigned inside of 10 days, though the contract allows a 15 day window to meet your needs. Did you intend to purchase a premium service so that we could guarantee pick up by Thursday? Our records do not indicate a premium service at this time. Please advise."

Can you imagine the nerve of promising 10 days up until the last minute and then suddenly changing it to 15? And then not even delivering on the 15 day promise!
