So my mom books a pickup date weeks in advance to bring her car to Florida from New York.The day the car was to be picked up ,(a Thursday) no one came!...AND ...NO ONE CALLED!.She had plane tickets to fly down to Florida only 3 days later. I live 100 miles away and came up the next morning (Friday) to spend a couple of days with my mom as I will not see her for 6 long months. Also , I would be bringing her to the airport that Sunday morning. When I got there Friday morning , my mom was completely stressed out and visibly upset. I called her transport company she booked with and got the old run around. I asked if they were coming that day? ..."no!"..."then when?"..."not sure"...I took out my Hemming's Motor News magazine (which I smartly brought with me) as I knew in "services offered" , that there were transport services. The first one I picked to call.was.CARSHIPPERUSA. A very friendly voice greeted me (Glen) and asked where my mom's car was located , where it was going , and when I needed it picked up. I answered his questions and told him I needed the car picked up.TOMORROW!...He said he would call me right back.WHICH HE DID!...AND., THE CAR WAS PICKED UP THE VERY NEXT DAY!.GLEN..YOU ARE A HERO!...My mom's beautiful white Caddy was picked up by a courteous and friendly transport truck driver and unlike past experiences , the car arrived CLEAN AS A WHISTLE! I highly recommend CARSHIPPERUSA...THANK YOU SO MUCH!
