I gave a premature review earlier (before actually receiving my vehicle) about the first vehicle that I had shipped from Michigan to Florida, After the vehicle actually arrived 2 days after the original given time, I almost didn't recognize it due to it being covered in noticed that there was a black soot covering it and tar like fluid on the rear window, hood and trunk of my white vehicle. I was able to get the car detailed and started to schedule my 2nd vehicle to send to my son in Los Angeles on Nov 5th, Glen immediately sent me the PayPal link and I paid a higher rate (even though he promised me an adjustment on a second shipment). Approximately 2 days later (Nov 1st) I notified Glen that the second vehicle shipment was not needed and later requested my $180 payment back that day. Glen called and started into telling me about him having to pay his mother for booking 2 trucks for a vehicle that never moved from my driveway, I discontinued the call out of respect because at this point I am now getting the real undertaking of the company. I have managed businesses and believe in ethics when conducting business and this was truly a derogatory experience. I will not use or recommend this company again. Forgive me if you used them based on my recommendation. Lesson learned

This was made after customer received his car, and was 100% satisfied. My SAAB Story Charlie Crawford Submitted this review about Car Shipper USA LLC Review made Live: 10/23/2017 5:23:00 PM After finding Car Shipper USA LLC and speaking to Glen and Evelyn I immediately stopped my search for any other transporter. Glen was very knowledgeable with the high demand of shipping vehicles as well the dangers of scammers, but was able to set my appointment up with ease. Evelyn was also on the job to confirm my pickup and delivery status. Even as i wrote this review, I have already scheduled another delivery and referred Car Shipper USA LLC to may of my friends and lodge members. Preceding this my dispatch dept spent several days & a lot of time arranging not one but two different trucks to transport his sons car back to CA, both on specific dates arranged by Mr Crawford. 1st it was postponed to a later specific date two days before a scheduled pick up, which was fine (so I cancelled that carrier). Again, I had my dispatch dept (headed by my mom Evelyn) spend more time locating a different carrier for a later specific date (at the same rate w/no additional cost), to find out last minute that his sons job is furnishing him with transportation & now no longer needs to transport. I offered Mr Crawford a full Credit to use at a later date, and also a partial refund before him threatening this review. We worked extremely hard for this customer as we do for all of our customers.
