The problems were more with Nao than car shippers but communication was poor. Glen I am still waiting for you to call me back. I was shipping one of my vehicles from Washington to Kentucky and was driving the other one. I called and talked to Glen and explained to him that depending on when the vehicle would arrive depends on the location of the drop off because we might not make it by then. He explained that this would be ok.

The date of delivery was original July 26th. I knew that we would not get there until the next day so I advised that they could delivery to another military post close by and someone could take delivery or they could delivery to columbus, oh which is where they stop before delivering other places because it actually would save time and money for them. I will still paying for them to delivery to Kentucky.

Well something that seemed easy at the begininng turned to a nightmare. Nao transport took 14 days to delivery my truck. I called them several time to ask about my truck location to fine our the delivery place and they told me that they do not even delivery to fort knox, ky and that I would have to pick it up from columbus, oh. I called glen and advised him of this and he said that he would give them a call and call me back. Still waiting!!!

We drove to Ohio where the vehicle was suppose to be delivered and he said that his truck was broke down in cleveland and that he would try to delivery it by the weekend. Once I told him that we had to have it by Sunday because we were going back to Ky then it appeared. With the poor communication with Glen( he was nice) and nao transport I would not go through them again. I feel like once Car Shippers received their part of the money they took themselves out of the situation but Nao advised that I had to deal with the broker. Ummmmm
