My goodness, this industry is a scary one where ex-cons lurk. WATCH OUT. After a horrible customer service experience from Domestic Auto Transport (who sides with their carriers rather than their customers) and a terrifying incident involving criminal stalking performed by Bill Avrich of Transport Connection where the police had to be involved, I had to cancel shipping my car altogether. But lo and behold, Glen Holsman from Car Shipper USA came to the rescue. He found a carrier for me willing to pick up my car in less than 24 hours. The carrier Jack from Macks Transport was kind, caring and a wonderful trustworthy person. Glen also charged me less for the deposit so more money could go to the driver. When looking for a car shipping company, DO NOT GO BY THIS SITE ONLY. Many companies make up their own reviews and many companies are just one person siting in their apartment pretending to be businesses. Also look at the BBB's website, google the company and get the owner's FULL name. Good luck and beware.
