After leaving an accurate review, I was called immediately by Car Shipping Pros and asked to remove negative feedback previously left. They explained that they would return my deposit money if I were to do this.

I explained that I would not remove the feedback and that I would contact my credit card company to recover funds.

The caller became abusive, upon which I disconnected the call.

Today, I find that Car Shipping Pros has used my name and number on every available loading board they can find, creating fictitious jobs and bids.

This has been confirmed by the IP address they used: 71.196.48.xxx.

I have also discovered that they have used this IP address to request vehicle finance quotes on my behalf.

They have also denied that I am a customer to have negative feedback removed from TransportReviews.com.

I have now made contact with the DOT, BBB & FMCSA to formalize a complaint and assist them with their investigations.

Allegations include misuse, retaliatory practices and contravening data protection laws.

Nilesh: We did our jobs 3 times over and over again dispatching a carrier out to your colleague's house and him turning away and ignoring our drivers once there because you all were still shopping us around for a better price resembling more the zero dollars you wished to pay. (we only knew this of course after the 3rd and final attempt where our drivers were told directly by Ram that he had allowed another company to pick up his vehicles after being in a contractual obligation with us). The carriers wasted diesel on 3 separate occasions. On one particular occasion the carrier even waited an ENTIRE WEEKEND starting Friday to Sunday for Ram. Your colleague Ram was nowhere to be found and when he DID answer on Sunday, he advised the driver he was running errands and for him to come back at another time? Clearly demonstrating a blatant lack of respect for another human being Nilesh. This in itself I think anyone reading this review can agree, was unjust and unkind from your end as the carrier spent his time, effort, and diesel going to pick up vehicles only to find out there were no vehicles present and given the run around for days. After much haggling on your behalf, we agreed to do 4 vehicles for $150 (our fee)since you mentioned you had OTHER vehicles you wanted to ship. That was also a lie to secure a cheaper price but we were happy to help nevertheless. We collected less than $40 per car as there were 4 separate vehicles which entail 4 separate loading times and attention getting on the rig and of course also having the inspections performed. From the very beginning Nilesh you wanted the world for free and we educated you on the fact that shipping your vehicle IS A LUXURY and not a necessity. Apparently the shopping around for the closest thing next to a free rate maliciously continued on your ends after we dispatched this vehicle on 3 separate occasions to 3 separate drivers only to be told they were not ready. 3 separate drivers went out there and the final one was finally told the vehicles were not there any more because you and Ram had breached your contract by going with another broker and not having the plain decency informing us or the carrier. Yes we contacted you of course as any diligent company would but I have the recorded conversation Nilesh and no one was verbally abusive. The dispatch team was attempting to speak to you in a civilized fashion and acquire feedback on your perspective, allow you to vent and gather a better understanding of this whole ordeal but that lasted 2 minutes when you interrupted the young lady and hung up? The conversation was merely a minute long because she was never given the opportunity to be heard sir. As far as those postings you are mentioning, we do not have the time or effort to do such a thing? Let me remind you when you go on auto shipping quote sites you WILL be bombarded for months on end by brokers responding to your request. Simply tell them to unsubscribe you and they will. We are not involved in your website subscriptions. It was you when you requested an online quote. We are in the moving industry not the istalker one sir. This is our IP address. Again we are a shipping company not marketing firm? We performed the job 3 times and at the end we incurred a lost. The cost of doing business. However we earned the low rate we retained as our fee and you breached the contract on 3 separate occasions not having the vehicle ready as it clearly stipulated on our contract under terms and conditions. This violation of such term clearly allows us to legally keep the fee we rightfully EARNED. We called you to hear you out and offer a refund if it was appropriate like we have done in previous cases. We know there are variables and we ALWAYS do right by the customer. Of course after your elaborate display of consistent maliciousness we have opted to stick by our legally binding contract and paper trail of emails and simply inform you that when a carrier we work hard to assign goes to pick up your vehicle and you do not allow them to and not cancel the order prior to dispatch, you forfeit the fee you pay. We understand we are in a tight money economy Nilesh but in The United States sir, folks do not work for free as you would like them to and expect to be compensated after doing a job once imagine 3 times to demonstrate good faith. Good faith that was never returned by you or your colleague. So keep calm and move on. We certainly have :) God bless!
