Allan, sir we held your hand throughout this transaction. You were shipping a vehicle that was in VERY poor condition and the carrier not only emailed us and you sir pictures of the poor condition of your older vehicle but texted us pictures as well as to further solidify the fact that the falling parts on your vehicle was definitely a challenge Allan. Furthermore you intended to file a claim which we surrendered carriers insurance information to you as by law we were required but just because you file a claim doesn't necessarily mean Progressive Insurance will side with you and of course they did not because the bill of lading had the poor dismantled condition of the vehicle notated at pick up with your signature on it and again I They dismissed the claim as should any potential shipper reading this. This is an auto transport service sir not a I ship my vehicle and want it redone at the cost of us or the driver service by attempting to file false claims with false allegations sir. We did return your 27 calls but then we actually had a business to run and we had instructed you your business was with Progressive and not with us any more as we took you to where we needed to direct you to. We are not the insurance company . They decided what they did rightfully so based on the evidence provided. The carrier picked up on time and delivered safely and there is nothing else we can ask of these fine folks. God bless
