first time i've used a car transportation service. buying a car in california and having it shipped cross-country, i was really nervous. but charlie and the car transport express team gave me a fantastic experience.
from the time i was first in contact with charlie (via an online auction), he's been nothing but professional. extremely nice on the phone and in email. knowledgeable, quick to reply, and thorough.
the driver dropped the truck off yesterday (4 days early!). he had the same level of professionalism that charlie has. extremely courteous, careful with the car, great communicator, and obviously knew what he was doing. he actually waited for about 10 minutes to off-load the car so my young sons could come watch him do it.
truck was really clean, as was the driver's hands and pants (i'm a bit uptight). my car (mercedes amg wagon) was the least expensive car on the truck (458 italia, cayenne turbo s, etc.).
definitely would recommend charlie and team to anyone wanting someone to treat a car like their own.
