This was a two-way shipment of my Porsche Panamera from Washington state to Kentucky and return. The agent with whom I dealt, Neil O’Beirne, was knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful. I also found the drivers to be courteous and efficient. Their equipment was clean and well maintained. My car arrived in Kentucky for a showing on time and in perfect condition. The return trip was equally well done. When the car was offloaded it was not only from an enclosed van, it was also completely wrapped in plastic. The car's condition had been perfectly maintained. Because of the efficient service and protective care of my automobile, I plan to use this transportation company again.
