We apologize for any inconvenience may have caused to the customer, we did above and beyond to assign a driver for this tough route. unfortunately in the transportation industry sometimes things take longer than expected... we offered the customers a free service, and in fact when we called with driver name, the customer informed us that he decided to drive the vehicle himself, since the other company he hired also could not find a driver. Customer satisfaction is our first priority and we tried to work out on this issue with the customer.
