Called 5/11 to confirm pick-up. Said they would call next day, never happened. Closed weekend. Called 5/15, dispatcher said driver would call shortly, after 7 hours I called her, she said give her another hour. No call back. She called 2- 30 next day and wanted to know if I would pay $800. I asked why would I answer since she had never fulfilled any of her commitments. Said I do not want to deal with company like that and she said she did not want to deal with person like me.
Got my Amex bill, showed charge to them for $175. I called accounting, asked what that was about and she said it was a deposit - did I still want them to transport car, that was Thursday May 18. Said she would sent credit refund right away. Nothing. called May 22 and finally got credit notice. Will wait to see next bill to verify. Dispatcher said she had no control over drivers, not her fault, and they were busy. Lesson: Would not recommend under any circumstance.
