I had waited for another carrier for a week who made promises and never called back when he said he would. I always had to call him. Carbone sent me a quote the same day as him. I wish I would have went with them from the start. I would have had my car a week sooner. Maria is punctual and does what she says. Things happen exactly when and where she tells you and she follows up start to finish. I will never use anyone else!
