First experience with Car Carriers

Our experience with Carbone Auto Transport was amazing. This, considering the due diligence we made reviewing and following up with over FIFTY other car carrier companies. The other companies we contacted or contacted us were sketchy, had awful reviews and the prices were getting lower and lower as we continued. One of our dear friends recommended her neighbor, Maria & Joe Carbone. We reviewed their company as well and found them to be only one of two companies out of the fifty or so we reviewed that actually was upstanding and had NO NEGATIVE comments or BBB issues! I contacted Maria Carbone and she was very professional; knowledgeable and concerned with my worries answering each with confidence and the ability to back up everything I questioned with proof and a commitment to my satisfaction. Well after all was said and done, the total time once delivery was made took four days. This was amazing considering some of the other companies out there that purport delay after delay. My driver was very responsive as were the staff at Carbone Auto Transport. My 2005 Scion xB arrived at my home in Boca Raton, Florida from St. Louis, Mo with no damages and the driver had documented and reviewed the entire vehicle prior to the transport. I liked that and all papers were presented to me when he arrived. I have the car here at my home and I could not be happier. I would recommend Carbone Auto Transport above every other transport company out there. Thank you Maria, Joe and driver James for delivering everything you promised and I am a very happy customer.
