The broker failed Texas geography and drove to a city more than 500 miles away to deliver. When he was told of his error he decided he didn't want to deliver it anymore and it is still sitting in a lot waiting to be delivered. I have demanded he turn it back to the company for a finishing of the delivery but he hasn't answered his calls from the company or me for more than a week. Carmoza has not satisfied me in any way with the manner in which they have handled it either. Everytime I call and have a request their VP is "in a meeting" which is a load of baloney. We have not been compensated in any way for the loss of our vehicle or any ACTUAL amends been made to get the vehicle delivered. It is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had from a customer service standpoint. You are better off dragging your car yourself than using Carmoza.
