After being scammed by a company once (they went out of business, disconnected phones, e-mails returned) I was hesitant to try again. The second company I chose came
highly rated on this site and does quite a volume in transports but after 2 weeks were unable to find a driver for me. Since I had started this process 2 months before i needed the vehicle in Or, I had run out of time so I contacted a company that I requested a quote from and they said they had a truck in the area. The sales guy, Scott guaranteed me he would have the car picked up by a certain date after contacting his dispatch and firming up a date. No one else would guarantee a date. The date was just 5 days away but to my surprise, Arlene called me the same day that I set up the deal and said would I like it picked up the next day? I was elated because now my Nissan would be there just when I needed it. Scott & Arlene went out of their way to accommodate me and restore my confidence in auto transport companies after being burned. I would definitely recommend using them & will do so again should the need arise.
