Our goal is to provide quality service and to take care of all of our customers. Due to blizzard conditions on the East Coast during the time of this vehicle's transport there were significant delays across the region because of road and inclement weather conditions. This customer was contacted during this time while we were trying to find a carrier for them. We apologized to the customer and issued a refund right away.
