The car was picked up by a seperate towing company due to a trailer wouldn't have fit in the neighborhood. That wasn't explained as part of the pick up and was very confused as to why they were calling. There was no communication from Carriage and that didn't help the process. The car came in early and they were able to store it on their lot as I was not in town to pick it up but they weren't the easiest people to work with.
