There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Michael Mann and Cars R US.

After another company left me hanging without any contact or explanation as to why my car was not being picked up (21 days on order and no movement), I had to make the decision to choose another company.

After I chose Cars R US, I had a driver within 2 hours of placing the order. Unlike other companies, they did not take my deposit (or credit card info) until a driver picked up the order and I had been given the information. I will be lucky to see my deposit returned from the other company as that is all they are in it for. I am surprised they are still in business.

Michael held my hand thru the whole process, as he knew I had been burned by this other company and needed reassurance. Order was placed on a Tues, Car picked up in CT on Wed and delivered to AR on Sun - total time 6 days from start to finish.

Additionally, I spoke with the driver who was also very professional and car was delivered in perfect condition.

I would use this company again and gladly tell anyone I knew that needed their car transported to use them as well!!
