What I loved about Cars R US and Michael who helped me with the transport of our 2006 3500 Sprinter is that he was straight to the point. He never wasted my time he gave me the best quote, explained the cost, and told me everything I needed to know. When I had a question I texted him and he always got right back to me. This was the first time I had to personally use a transporting service for a Vehicle our company bought, usually I would have one of my warehouse guys do it, but everyone was busy so I was thrown into finding a company myself and I was very glad that I found Cars R Us. I knew NOTHING about transporting a car and Michael was like talking to just a regular down to earth person, who was straight to the point, he didn't over complicate things for me. Every other place I talked to was like talking to a typical sales person who hounds you and calls you everyday for your business, it was nice talking to someone I could email and text and personally talk to and not be directed to 12 other people. I would most definitely recommend Cars R Us and I will use them again in the future when I have another need. They made everything very easy on me. My car arrived on time and in great condition. the driver was very friendly. I am Very happy with my experience.
