I was horrified at having to set this up but Michael build a rapport and understood what i was looking for and what budget i was working with. The car was picked up when I was told, and delivery time was made, the driver Randy was fantastic, very nice, polite, caring, and took good care of my car.
Michael was available all the time, I could call on Sunday, or Monday, basically 7 days a week and just about anytime and he would either pick up or call back shortly. He was up front and honest which is something that you DO NOT SEE these days, everyone seems to lie, or hold something back, but NOT Michael, he was bold and told me the whole process not caring if it might be "in your face", because with situations like this you want that, you want someone that will tell you what is what, and how everything works.
I would HIGHLY recommend Michael Westin at Cars R Us to anyone that wants to move a car, or other vehicle as he will not hold back or fluff things up for you as other people that i spoke with did. There were no hidden charges, what he told me is what it was and this is worth paying more, even though the cheapest other transporter was only $35 cheaper and it IS NOT WORTH SKIMPING $25, $50 or even $100 to get lied to or have a surprise bill, the bill was what I was told and that is that. GREAT!!! Fantastic!!! If I ever need to move something again, Michael will be my first and only call.
