We apologize for the delay and share in your frustration. Unfortunately, the transport that originally took your vehicle did, in fact, breakdown in Westminster, CA. We sent a service transport to collect the vehicle and bring it back to our Gardena facility for safe keeping. Both a service rep and our customer service manager spoke with Mr. Dale today with an update and extended an offer to help with your additional rental cost which he accepted. Our customer service manager will continue to contact Mr. Dale with updates until your vehicle is delivered to you in GA.
