I hired Carshauler to ship a motorcycle from San Ramon, CA to Reno, NV. The contractor they hired damaged it during shipping, tried to double dip on the payment, and now denies that he even picked it up and delivered it, leaving me with the bill to repair it. Carshauler had nothing in place to protect me, their customer, from a dishonest shipper and is not willing to step up to the plate and make things right with their customer. I would NEVER recommend anyone use them in the future.
